If you send us a question or request, we will keep your personal data for 1 year due to our internal quality system. We can learn from everything you tell us. After that, your personal data will be deleted.
If we provide services, we will keep your personal information for 3 years after the delivery of the services ended due to our internal quality system.
If you apply for a job with us, we will process your personal data as long as the application procedure is running. Once the procedure has been closed, your personal data will be deleted there, unless you give us permission to keep your personal data for another year.
If we keep your data to comply with laws and regulations, we will keep your personal data for as long as is required by those laws and regulations.
We do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary to meet the processing purposes described above. You have the right to view, modify, delete and receive your personal data from us in digital format. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we may ask you for further identification.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. As soon as your request has been processed, the information you have provided will be deleted for identification purposes.
We do not intend to collect personal data about children under the age of 16. However, we cannot check whether someone who fills in the contact form is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 16 without that permission, please contact us at privacy@m2-d2.com. We will then immediately delete this personal data
